Damit du bestens vorbereitet bist und vor Ort alles reibungslos funktioniert, haben wir hier noch einmal die wichtigsten Punkte und Infos für dich zusammen gestellt – bitte lies diese aufmerksam und sorgfältig durch.
+++ CHECK IN ++++
Damit wir am Samstag und Sonntag morgens beim Einlass keine unnötige Zeit verlieren, starten wir schon am Freitag mit dem Check-in. Da wir verschiedene Ticketkategorien sowie personalisierte Pässe haben, möchten wir euch die Möglichkeit geben, alles ganz entspannt vorab abzuholen.

Kommt einfach vorbei und bringt euer Ticket mit. Wir scannen euer Ticket und ihr bekommt direkt euren Pass und euer Bändchen.
Auch die FastLane Bändchen könnt ihr bereits am Freitag abholen.
+++ WICHTIG!!! +++
Für das gesamte Wochenende müssen sowohl der Pass als auch das Bändchen dauerhaft getragen werden. Ihr benötigt beides für den Zutritt – nur Bändchen oder nur Pass reicht nicht.
Das Bändchen wird euch beim Check-in angelegt und darf nicht abgenommen oder manipuliert werden. Wenn es entfernt oder beschädigt ist, ist kein Zutritt zur Veranstaltung möglich. Es handelt sich um ein normales Tyvek-Bändchen – das hält problemlos das ganze Wochenende (auch beim Duschen).

Bitte bringt neben eurem Ticket für die Abholung auch euren Lichtbildausweis mit, damit wir euch die Pässe aushändigen können.

Diese sind personalisiert. Ihr habt per Mail eine Namensabfrage erhalten, bitte füllt diese aus, damit wir eure Pässe entsprechend vorbereiten können (der Name wird auf dem Pass eingetragen) – sowie, welches inkludierte DUO SHOOT ihr gerne haben möchtet (diese Tickets werden vorbereitet).

WEITERE WICHTIGE INFOS
+++ GARDEROBE +++
Es gibt eine kostenpflichtige Garderobe vor Ort, 5 EUR pro Item. Bitte beachtet, dass es voll werden kann. Wenn ihr möchtet, lasst Jacken oder Taschen gerne im Auto oder auf dem Zimmer.
+++ VERPFLEGUNG +++
Eigene Getränke und Essen sind auf der Veranstaltung im Hotel leider nicht erlaubt. Dies ist eine Vorgabe des Hotels. Ihr könnt diese aber im Auto lagern und jederzeit kurz rausgehen oder auf dem Zimmer verzehren. Verpflegung gibt es alternativ natürlich auch vor Ort im Hotel.
+++ PARKEN +++
Parkplätze befinden sich direkt vor dem Eingang. Es ist ein großer, kostenpflichtiger Hotel-Parkplatz vorhanden, Breslauer Straße 3 für 19 EUR pro Tag. Zudem gibt es limitierte kostenlose Parkplätze auf der Straße. First come, first served.
+++ PASS UND BÄNDCHEN +++
Für das gesamte Wochenende müssen sowohl der Pass ALS AUCH das Bändchen dauerhaft getragen werden. Ihr benötigt BEIDES für den Zutritt – nur Bändchen oder nur Pass reicht nicht.
Das Bändchen wird euch beim Check-in umgelegt. Wenn es entfernt, beschädigt oder manipuliert wird, ist kein Zutritt zur Veranstaltung möglich. Es handelt sich um ein normales Tyvek-Bändchen – das hält problemlos das ganze Wochenende (auch beim Duschen).
+++ TICKETS AUSDRUCKEN +++
Alle gekauften Extra-Items (Photo Ops, Autogrammtickets, Selfietickets, M&G Tickets) müssen ausgedruckt mitgebracht werden. Das Eintrittsticket kann digital vorgezeigt werden. Achtet bitte darauf, dass digitale Tickets gut scanbar sind (keine verpixelten Screenshots, ausreichend groß dargestellt und keine beschädigten Displays).

To avoid unnecessary delays at admission on Saturday and Sunday morning, we are already starting check-in on Friday. Since we have different ticket categories as well as personalized passes, we would like to give you the opportunity to pick everything up in advance in a relaxed way.

Simply stop by and bring your ticket. We will scan it and you will immediately receive your pass and wristband.
Fast Lane wristbands can also already be collected on Friday.

For the entire weekend, both the pass and the wristband must be worn at all times. You need both for entry – only a wristband or only a pass is not sufficient.
The wristband will be put on during check-in and must not be removed or tampered with. If it is removed or damaged, access to the event will not be possible. It is a standard Tyvek wristband and will easily last the entire weekend (even while showering).

+++ CLOAKROOM +++
There will be a paid cloakroom on site, €5 per item. Please note that it may get crowded. If possible, feel free to leave jackets or bags in your car or hotel room.
+++ FOOD & DRINK +++
Unfortunately, bringing your own food and drinks into the event is not permitted. This is a requirement set by the hotel. You may store them in your car and step outside at any time, or consume them in your hotel room. Alternatively, food and beverages will of course be available for purchase at the hotel.
+++ PARKING +++
Parking is available directly in front of the entrance. There is a large paid hotel parking lot at Breslauer Straße 3 for €19 per day. In addition, there are limited free street parking spaces available on a first come, first served basis.
+++ PASS AND WRISTBAND +++
For the entire weekend, both the pass and the wristband must be worn at all times. You need both for entry – only a wristband or only a pass is not sufficient.

+++ PRINT YOUR TICKETS +++
All purchased add-ons (Photo Ops, autograph tickets, selfie tickets, Meet & Greet tickets) must be brought printed. The admission ticket may be shown digitally. Please make sure digital tickets are clearly scannable (no pixelated screenshots, displayed large enough, and no damaged screens).
